A factory audit

A factory audit is a one-day procedure. Our specialist visits the factory and checks the constituent documents for compliance with the actual state. If, according to the documents, the factory is located at a certain address, our specialist confirms that the factory is indeed located at the specified address.

Our specialist also checks production capacity:

the amount of equipment, its modernity and the ability to produce specific models. For example, if a factory declares its readiness to accept an order for sewing children's assortment, it is important to confirm the availability of a specialized line for this type of product. This ensures that the factory has the necessary equipment to fulfill the order.
As a result of the audit, the client receives the following information:
Existence of the factory: confirmation of the actual existence of the enterprise, and not just on paper.
Availability of own production premises.
Sufficient number of personnel to fulfill the order, checking the number of officially registered employees.
Equipment: photo report and official documents for the equipment.
Quality of manufactured products at the time of inspection.
The size of the factory and the reliability of its suppliers: checking documents on cooperation with suppliers, including agreements and contracts confirming the facts of cooperation and its volumes for certain periods.
Based on the results of the inspection, we provide the client with a report that describes all of the above parameters. The report also indicates the factory's export volumes over the past three years, based on accounting documents, and a certificate from the tax office stating that the enterprise has no debts to the state on wages and taxes. This information gives the customer confidence in making a decision to place an order.
