Inspection of the Textile Industry
Pre-shipment inspection is conducted at the final stage of production, when the batch is at least 80% ready. Conducting a comprehensive study of knitted products and materials allows you to ensure that they meet the technical conditions and specifications, the conditions of your contract, and the quality and safety standards accepted in the importing country.
PRODUCTION MONITORING
ORDER CONTROL AT ALL STAGES
Production monitoring is a comprehensive quality control of products at all stages, from manufacturing to shipment. UzInspection inspectors check finished goods for compliance with approved specifications, quality standards, your technical requirements, and requirements for appearance, color, and linear dimensions. We also check the compliance of the quantity and weight of products before shipment, assess the packaging, verify the presence and correctness of labeling, and ensure the accuracy of shipping documents.
Why is production monitoring necessary?
Our goal is to give you confidence that the manufacturer from Uzbekistan has shipped quality goods that fully meet your requirements and expectations. Inspectors with over 15 years of experience will analyze the characteristics of textile products and materials, and if necessary, conduct laboratory tests. Production monitoring covers the entire technological process, allowing us to ensure its compliance with parameters such as:
As well as compliance with technical requirements, regulatory documents, and international quality standards ISO.
Our inspectors promptly identify potential defects and develop measures to eliminate them. Production monitoring also involves tracking the status of order fulfillment, so UzInspection ensures compliance with deadlines for manufacturing and shipping products. Upon completion of the pre-shipment inspection, UzInspection provides a quality report for each batch of goods, indicating whether it has passed or failed in terms of quality, and detailing all product parameters.
PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION
Pre-shipment inspection is a set of measures aimed at establishing the quality of products and their compliance with established requirements. UzInspection inspectors will check the condition, quantity, and total weight of goods, assess the packaging, and verify the presence and accuracy of labels. We will do everything to ensure that the manufacturer or supplier ships safe knitted products, fabrics, yarns, and other textile products that meet your expectations according to your technical requirements.

Sampling in accordance with the international standard ISO 2859-1 (ANSI / ASQC Z1.4)
3
Raw material quality inspection
4
Audit of accompanying documents
5

6
Video and photo documentation at all stages of inspection and testing
7
Selective linear measurements according to technical specifications at the manufacturer’s site

CONTAINER LOADING SUPERVISION
INSPECTION SERVICES BY UZINSPECTION
Container loading supervision is the final stage of the production process. It occurs when the supplier is preparing to pack the goods into shipping containers. At this stage, it is important to ensure that the products meet your requirements, the packaging is as specified, and the quantity of goods being shipped matches the order. UzInspection inspectors will supervise the process, checking the sequence of filling the container according to the customer’s plan, verifying the quantity of goods, the quality of the container and packaging, the degree of filling of the packing boxes, and more.
Why is container loading supervision necessary?
Our task is to ensure the safe shipment of your goods. To protect your interests and minimize the risks of shipping low-quality goods, damage due to improper packaging, or theft during loading, our inspectors conduct a comprehensive inspection of containers at the manufacturer’s or freight forwarder’s site. During the inspection, our staff selectively examines boxes with goods to ensure that the filling of the containers complies with the conditions of your contract with the supplier.
To confirm the quality of the goods, samples may be taken for laboratory analysis. Based on the results, we will determine whether the quality and safety meet the specifications, approved samples, technical conditions, and so on.
INITIAL PRODUCTION CHECK
COMPREHENSIVE MATERIAL INSPECTION
Initial Production Check (IPC) is a set of quality control services provided at the early stage of product release. UzInspection inspectors will evaluate the reliability and production capabilities of the factory you plan to cooperate with. They will audit the production, control the quality of the materials used, and inspect the equipment and machinery at the facility.
Why is the initial production check necessary?
An initial production check will help you ensure that the factory has correctly understood your requirements and that its technical equipment fully meets them. The Initial Production Control (IPC) includes:
- Examination of the textile enterprise’s condition;
- Analysis of the factory’s production capabilities;
- Laboratory testing of components and materials (yarn, fabric, finished knitted products);
- Evaluation of the quality of the finished products produced by the enterprise.
Comprehensive inspection at the initial stage of production will identify potential risks and prevent the irrational use of raw materials, resources, and funds. The inspection is conducted after 10% of the order volume has been produced and covers all types of products: hosiery, underwear, knitted products. At this stage, UzInspection inspectors conduct a visual inspection, evaluating the quality of the products and identifying initial defects. If necessary, we conduct laboratory tests to determine the safety, durability, and functionality of the products. The obtained results and product samples will be submitted to you for approval. Only after their approval will full-scale production commence. At the same time, you can agree on the type and features of the packaging, as it serves protective, decorative, and advertising functions, and its appearance is as important as the quality of the finished products.
Supplier Audit
Supplier Audit Program
New technologies in the textile industry allow for the production of the most modern fabrics with the addition of both synthetic and natural fibers. Fabrics, after being treated with special solutions and the bleaching stage, may contain residual chemicals that can adversely affect the human body. To avoid potential risks to humans, qualified and laboratory testing of fabrics for safety is conducted.
